A successful channel is dependent on effective partner management strategies and satisfied channel partners. In this increasingly competitive market, businesses, especially the startups and smaller ones, cannot hope to thrive or even survive without utilizing a channel to transport goods and services to end consumers efficiently and effectively. Partners or intermediaries comprise the pipeline that accomplishes this, which means that you cannot afford to ignore what they need or have to say.
